- CV → Spreadsheet — drop a stack of CVs and get back one clean candidate spreadsheet (name, email, phone, role, location, LinkedIn, skills). Parsed entirely on our own EU servers with no external AI; fields the parser isn't sure about are highlighted for review, then export to CSV. A Pro tool — every account gets one CV free to try it.
- Private transcription (Transcribe → Text) — turn interviews, meetings, podcasts and lectures into text, with SRT/VTT subtitles. Runs on our own EU hardware with no external AI: your recording is never sent to a transcription cloud, and both the audio and the transcript are deleted within 1 hour. Auto-detects the language or transcribes a language you pick. A Business tool — every account (Free and Pro included) gets one recording free to try it. Available in the web tool and via
POST /api/transcribe. - Search in files (Search in files) — find a word or phrase across up to 50 files at once: text, CSV, PDF, Word, spreadsheets, and even photos or scans via OCR. Every hit is shown with the page, line or cell it came from. If a file can't be read, we say so explicitly instead of reporting "no matches". Your search term is never logged. POST /api/file-search. - PDF → Markdown — turn a PDF into clean, structure-preserving Markdown for AI/RAG pipelines: headings, real tables, lists and reading order, with running headers and footers stripped so they don't pollute every chunk. Fully deterministic — no AI model in the path, so the same PDF always gives the same result, and your document is never sent to a third-party AI. A Pro tool, available via
