Is this a Pro tool?
Yes — the media tools are part of the Pro tool set (Pro, Business and Enterprise). The everyday format converters stay free.
Will trimming reduce quality?
No — the selected section is copied directly without re-encoding, so quality is identical to the source.
How precise is the cut?
For video, the lossless copy has to start on a keyframe, so the cut snaps to the nearest keyframe before your chosen start — the clip can begin up to a few seconds early (never late, so you never lose the moment you wanted). Audio files cut precisely. If you need a frame-exact video cut, trim slightly wide here and fine-tune in an editor.
How do I enter the times?
Use seconds (e.g. 90) or mm:ss (e.g. 1:30). The end must be after the start.
Is there a file size limit?
Pro raises the limit to 500 MB per file with 3,000 credits a month; larger plans go higher.
