How accurate is the conversion?
A PDF has a fixed layout, so turning it back into a flowing Word document is approximate. Simple, text-based PDFs convert cleanly; multi-column layouts, unusual fonts and heavy graphics may shift and need a little cleanup. Always check the result.
Will it work on a scanned PDF?
Scanned (image-only) PDFs have no real text to extract, so they come through as images, not editable text. Run our OCR tool first to add a text layer, then convert to Word.
Is my file private?
Yes. The conversion runs on our own EU servers (Hetzner, Germany) — your PDF is never sent to a third party, never used for training, and is deleted within 1 hour.
