Will the audio quality drop?
WMA is already a compressed format, and we re-encode to MP3 at 192 kbps — comfortably transparent for converted material. For archival use, choose WAV to avoid any further compression.
My WMA came from an old voice recorder — will it work?
Yes — both music-grade WMA and the voice-optimised variants decode fine. If a file is DRM-protected (bought from an old music store), it cannot be converted — DRM removal isn't something we do.
Can I convert many WMA files at once?
Batch conversion is a Pro feature — up to 50 files per batch on Pro, more on Business. Free users convert one file at a time.
Is there a file size limit?
Free users can convert files up to 25 MB without an account. Pro raises that to 500 MB per file with 3,000 credits a month; Business goes to 5 GB.
